Application Process

• Must be 21 years of age
• One year of employment
• One year rental history
• Income must be 2.5 times the rent

Please make sure and read the requirements for renting an apartment or house. If you are not 21 or do not meet the other requirements, you would be required to have a co-signer that would meet the rental requirements

• Any person 18 or older will need to submit separate applications. There is an application fee of $50 per person. This covers the background checks as well as the credit check
• In the application it will ask, “applying with” , there you will enter your roommate name and co-signer name if applicable
• After the application(s) are received, a member of our staff will contact you regarding the status of your application
• After the applications have been approved, we will ask what day you would like to move in and when you would want your lease to end
• Upon receiving the information, we will email an electronic lease that requires everyone in the unit to sign as well as the co-signer, if applicable
• After the lease is signed by everyone and a member of our staff has countersigned, you will be notified to login and submit the deposit and first months rent
