  • If using Launch Broadband for internet, Wi-Fi routers for Launch equipment does not work well with Elkin or Netgear but does recommend TP and CISCO
  • Office hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon-Fri, we have a drop box on the door that allows for payments and key return. Please nothing loose, please put any contents in a labeled envelope before dropping.
  • Disposable wipes can clog a toilet. Please do not flush even if the package says flush safe.
  • If an item does not fit in the dumpster, please don’t place the item by the dumpster. Wait until emptied or place by city street, if your city of residence does roadside pickup. Break down boxes before placing in dumpster or trash can.
  • In the event of a toilet overflow or leak, at the back of the toilet there should be a supply line with a cut off knob, please turn off then call maintenance.
  • If your smoke detector is beeping, please change the battery.
  • Change your HVAC filter monthly, it will help the power bill and will help the life of the HVAC unit.
  • Work orders can be put in using your portal.
  • A move out request needs to be put in using the portal at least 30 days before moveout. Please put a forwarding address.
  • A security deposit refund can take up to 60 days to process and will be mailed to forwarding address on file.
  • Unauthorized pets will result in fines.
  • Trash and garbage inside and outside of your rental can result in insects and animals becoming a nuisance, unhealthy and unsafe.
