This RV lot is located in Jacksonville AL about a mile from JSU and down town. Perfect for a student or contractor working in the area. It's located in small, quiet mobile home park (Evergreen Park) on Alexandria Road SW. You are close to Walmart and the industrial park here. Ladiga Trail is 1/4 mile away too.

$375 includes Water (up to 3000 gals per month) in the lot rent until city requires that we install city meters there.
There is a $100 deposit due at move in along with first month's rent. We will pro-rate the rent based on your lease signing date.

Will hold any size RV or motorhome up to 45ft long.

No outside pets or pets over 50 lbs. please.
