It's located in small, quiet mobile home park (Evergreen Park) on Alexandria Road SW. You are close to Walmart and the industrial park here. Ladiga Trail is 1/4 mile away too.

$375 includes Water (up to 3000 gals per month) in the lot rent until city requires that we install city meters there.

There is a $100 deposit due at move in along with first month's rent. We will pro-rate the rent based on your lease signing date.

Will hold any size RV or motorhome up to 45 ft long.

No pets over 50 lbs. please.
